Please call or email us to arrange a day and time which is convenient for you. Your initial visit will consist of a detailed history and examination of your condition, and, if appropriate, treatment will be initiated on the same day, In addition to ongoing care, subsequent appointments will include regular assessments and monitoring of your condition to ensure an optimum outcome. Your treatment schedule and modalities will be as unique and individual as you are and you are. Patient centered care is the foundation of our office. We look forward to seeing you! |
